**Our Mission**
To deliver the most comprehensive assisted stretching program in the world using the patent pending Stretch Zone® state of the art stretching equipment and stretching protocols to improve the lives of other with our stretch programs.
**General Manager's Role**
The General Manager (GM) is the team and business leader, responsible for fostering an environment that inspires and motivates those they serve. In this role the GM will lead and supervise with integrity, humility, and consistency, modeling the behavior expected from others.
The General Manager is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of the studio. The GM orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. The GM executes the implementation strategy and ongoing management of companywide standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals. The GM regularly communicates with the owner as scheduled and when necessary. The GM provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports. They will protect the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand by ensuring every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience at all times.
**_Note that this role will require new hire to attend and pass a two-week training and certification program, where they learn our modalities, operations, and sales methods._**

**Sales & Revenue Management**
- Ability to **manage and drive all revenue** from membership sales
- Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales
- Monitor daily sales activities

- Ensure proper capturing and reporting of sales and operations data
- Maximize member retention
- Build relationships with members to support retention
**Administration & Operations**
- Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management

- Ensure quality and timely execution of required role responsibilities
- Staff planning and schedule management
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about services and programs available to members and prospective members
- Support personnel-related problems or difficulties by following studio procedures and required documentation
- Hold regular team meetings to communicate progress to goals
- Communicate effectively by holding individual meetings with all studio team members
- Provide an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feedback from team members to ensure a quality, inclusive, diverse, and equitable working environment
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Prior **SALES** and **LEADERSHIP** experience in one of the following roles is **REQUIRED**: Store/Studio Manager, Certified Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health & Wellness Professional, Physical Therapy, Healthcare Industry, Athlete, Exercise Science, Sports or Fitness Professional, Sports Medicine
- Connect with people by building relationships with passion and have compassion to improve the lifestyle and wellness of others
- Continuously improve knowledge of service and use proven, corporate stretching and sales techniques
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- **Degree **in Health, Wellness, & Fitness field, e.g., Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Fitness Management, Exercise Science or related type college level **anatomy and physiology** course work is a plus.
- **Availability for 2 weeks of mandatory Stretch Zone training**
**Compensation**
- Base Salary starting at $40,000 **annually**:
- Additional** monthly** compensation varies with membership sales incentives and studio revenue bonus
