Amo Realty provides at least 5+ clients per week. We've had the same exact lead system since 2007.

We're currently hiring commercial real estate agents to join our company in Boston.

Most of the leads that we provide are tenant leads looking for restaurants, office space, lab space, industrial space & multi-families across Greater Boston. There is also an option to take leads all across Massachusetts. We do also provide large commercial buyer leads. We periodically send listing leads, however most are buyers/renters.

One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group.

Amo Realty's first office, Boston City Properties, started in Boston in 2007. We expanded nationally and currently have 12 very small offices in 12 states.

We are also hiring residential real estate agents and have the same system where we provide 5+ residential leads per week.

**Our lead system only works if we do not have any turnover. **We have very low turnover and the first agent ever hired in 2007 still works at our company.

We provide training on technology to obtain clients and drip campaigns. Agents get a higher split for their own leads.

We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run.
- **A Massachusetts Real Estate License is Required**

Pay: $70,517.71 - $279,010.58 per year

- We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
