As a Mid-Level Project Manager in the Commercial Construction division, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing our construction projects from conception to completion. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and address any issues or changes in scope.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, laws, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, managing projects and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred but not required.
