  • Client Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including design, documentation, and testing.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all agreements are met and terms are fulfilled.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and final project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 11+ years' experience in engineering and 10 years project management experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of material management processes, construction execution, and interfaces with engineering and procurement.
