Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and/or participate in the design, specification, and procurement of facilities, including multi-well production facilities, large central gathering stations, oil terminals, and saltwater disposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project team members, and other staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with API, ASME, and ANSI standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct cost estimation and timeline development for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage site consultants and vendors during project execution.
  • Travel to plant sites, equipment fabricators, outside engineering firms, and customer locations (estimated at 10-15%).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Three or more years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas or Midstream/Downstream Petrochemical industry.
  • Ability to make balanced decisions weighing operability, reliability, capital costs, and operating costs.
  • Knowledge of API, ASME, and ANSI standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients, project team members, and other staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineer in training or licensed engineer.
