We transform the way payments are imagined — as an opportunity for innovation, a source of insight to customers, and a way to connect with partners around the globe

**Summary**:
The Product Manager is a cornerstone of our product success, responsible for shaping and implementing Onbe's Reporting product strategy, enabling teams, and delivering maximum value to our customers. Collaborating with current/potential customers and internal teams, you will serve as the authority for your product - setting the product vision, guiding products from ideation to implementation, and managing the portfolio through its lifecycle. Your responsibilities include listening to the market and developing compelling business cases, articulating and vetting requirements with stakeholders, and working closely with engineering to deliver and ensure the product’s successful launch while providing ongoing support to internal teams, beta clients, and sales and account executives.

This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Buffalo Grove, IL location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. #LI-Hybrid

**Requirements**:

- Define and implement the product vision and strategy for our reporting products, ensuring they effectively cater to our customer's requirements and align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to efficiently implement new features and enhancements.
- Stay ahead of the curve and differentiate our products through conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a clear roadmap and timely delivery of features.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption.
- Analyze important product metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Recommend, negotiate, and lead supply chain partner agreements.
- Champion a user-centric approach to product design, working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Lead go-to-market and operational readiness activities, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure launched products can be priced, promoted, implemented, and operated smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in the software industry.
- Proficient in reporting and analytics technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under strict deadlines.
- Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to positively impact individuals across all levels of the company.
