About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Plexus. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
