**Responsibilities**
- **Answer and direct phone calls**: Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- **Organize and schedule appointments**: Coordinate and manage appointments using administrative software.
- **Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports**: Compile and organize data for reporting purposes.
- **Develop and maintain a filing system**: Keep records organized and accessible.
- **Maintain contact lists**: Keep track of important contacts.
- **Provide general support to visitors**: Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- **Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients**: Handle inquiries and requests.
- **Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers**: Collaborate with other administrative staff.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience as an **Administrative Assistant**, **Virtual Assistant**, or **Office Admin Assistant**.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (especially **MS Excel** and **MS PowerPoint**).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
