While hospitality workers bore the brunt of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 1% have only gotten richer. But workers across the country are organizing and fighting back. We need your help to build working class power in the Boston area

This apprenticeship will train you on basic and advanced organizing skills through shadowing and close work with our staff organizers. You will learn to organize people to stand up for their rights and build worker-led committees to take on multi-national corporations.

Our goal is to not only organize non-union workers and win campaigns, but also to train effective progressive labor leaders and organizers who can develop creative and strategic campaigns to change the economic balance of power in North America.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.16 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

- Boston, MA: Relocate before starting work (required)
