Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a fire protection company actively seeking reliable apprentices to join us on a full-time basis. If you have a strong desire to learn about wet and dry sprinkler systems, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside licensed Journeyman on the upgrade and installation of fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards. As part of your training, you will also gain valuable knowledge of NFPA codes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical fitness for demanding tasks such as standing, climbing, lifting, pushing, and carrying heavy objects for extended periods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and safety in installations.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols for personal and team safety.

Job Description:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).
  • Initial training period to familiarize yourself with the company’s practices and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, representing Rescom Fire Protection with integrity.
  • Install, build, test and maintain various types of wet and dry sprinkler systems.
  • Read and interpret engineered plans and specifications.
  • Problem-solve, develop solutions, and address challenges effectively.
