**Compensation Structure**:
- 100% Commission Based Opportunity (Uncapped Potential)
- Up to $190 Per Windshield Sale (Pending Insurance Client Utilizes)

In Field Sales Representative
- Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30 PM
- Travel on some weeks require up to 3 Hours round trip of Travel a day (varies)
**Requirements**:
This role **does not require** any previous work experience in the Automotive Glass Products or Sales industry, we offer comprehensive training to hone your skills. Additionally we do not have any Education requirements. All that we ask is that you have the following:
- A valid Florida Driver’s License and proof of Insurance is a plus
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A self-motivated and driven attitude to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales initiatives by actively promoting and selling automotive windshield products and services to a diverse client base - you can also build your book of business
- Initiate contact and establish rapport with major insurance companies such as Geico, Progressive, and others.
- Skillfully manage claims processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Efficiently complete invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- Drug Testing will be administered with both of these openings however a Medical Marijuana Card is accepted
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
