Nashua Kia is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing team As an automotive sales associate, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their automotive needs, and presenting them with the right vehicle solution for their lifestyle. Customer service experience is recommended; however we are willing to train the right personality

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Listen and understand customer needs to match them with the right vehicles
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Facilitate test drives
- Utilize customer management software to stay in contact with potential and previous customers
- Complete required paperwork
- Stay up to date with new models, features, technology and their advantages over competitors
- Understand and be able to present current incentives
- Complete ongoing training in a timely manner
- Assist in keeping a presentable customer atmosphere inside the showroom and in the new and pre-owned vehicle parking lot

Qualifications:

- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Active listening skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- People person with ability to read body language and other non verbal cues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of automotive vehicles and the sales process is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to hold yourself accountable to a proven sales process
- Strong hospitality skills
