**New Hire Coordinator Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Behavior Technician and Recruiting Required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively using interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Maintain applicant tracking system and data to track applicant interviews and hiring status
- Oversee each New Hire’s 90-day period including onboarding, training, and mentorship
- Reliable transportation required 2-3 days per week in the office required

**New Hire Coordinator Schedule & Benefits**:
