**Truly’s Director of Operations**

**Job Duties**

**New Business Development**:

- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and operational plans to grow catering and coffee business.
- Develop strong relationships with new suppliers, vendors, party planners, restaurants, schools, camps.and other possible partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring reliable delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

**Operational**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of Truly’s entire business assets
- Monitor and analyze Truly's performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy store environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures to the satisfaction of state and local officials.
- Oversee purchases and inventory in the normal course of business.
- Prepare and evaluate usage reports, analyze variances and waste.
- Continuously evaluate operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain consistent product and service standards.

**Financial**:

- Manage daily financial operations for Truly’s.
- Develop and maintain financial procedures and systems.
- Keep a close eye on cash flow and budget adherence.
- Accurately record financial transactions and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses promptly.
- Develop and manage annual budgets.
- Drive cost management initiatives, optimizing operational expenses without compromising quality or service.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, new business ventures, and strategic partnerships.

**Marketing**:

- Assist in creation of marketing strategies to increase customer transactions and revenue.
- Responsible for advertising, charitable contributions, and in-store promotions.

**HR/Administrative**:

- Manage recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Manage benefits administration, employee records, and other HR requirements.
- Oversee office supplies, filing, and miscellaneous office needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records.
- Oversee training; communicate job expectations; review job performance, provide feedback and coaching; and enforce policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain staffing schedules.
- Develop and implement training programs for Truly's staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant/ hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, supply chain management, and customer service.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, develop budgets, and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all ages within the communities that we serve
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
