BASES Autism Services is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Client home(s), school(s), or clinic (located at 901 Biesterfield Rd, Suite 110, Elk Grove Village)

Position Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week including billable, non-billable, and drive time (if applicable); salaried; exempt)

Hours: Variable (client sessions occur between 9am and 7pm)

**Responsibilities**:
Client-centered Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all client stakeholders, including caregivers and family members, school, and related support service professionals to promote the development of meaningful, therapeutic relationships
- Conduct behavioral assessments as clinically indicated, directed by supervisor, and/or required by agency policy, funders, and/or other regulatory agencies
- Construct case conceptualizations and holistic treatment plans for short
- and long-term goals
- Design and document interventions for the client in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines to produce outcomes targeted in client’s treatment plan
- Provide performance
- and competency-based training to all applicable change agents (e.g., BTs/RBTs, parents, etc.) for all client-specific interventions and programs
- Observe implementation of each acquisition and maintenance program for each client according to a mutually agreed upon, clinically-indicated schedule (e.g., at least weekly for acquisition programs and at least monthly for maintenance programs)
- Conduct at least one direct session per month with each assigned client
- Make timely, data-based clinical decisions that promote efficient, engaging, and enjoyable learning experiences for each client
- Design and document interventions for the parent/caregiver in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines to produce targeted parent/caregiver outcomes in client’s treatment plan
- Conduct team meetings (including all BTs/RBTs, case coordinators, parents/caregivers, and clients) at least monthly
- Maintain client-related documentation in accordance with all applicable regulatory, ethical, and agency guidelines

Team Management
- Model and promote respectful, professional behaviors and boundaries with all members of each client’s team (e.g., family members/other applicable care givers, BTs/RBTs, case coordinators, external service providers (school personnel, SLPs, OTs, etc.)
- Maintain consistent, regular communication with all members of each client’s clinical team (e.g., BTs/RBTs, case coordinators, etc.)
- Make timely, data-based team management decisions that promote positive and collaborative working relationships with all members of the client’s team
- Regularly observe each BT/RBT on each assigned client’s clinical team and document BT/RBT performance, training and feedback delivered, and applicable course of action
- Provide supportive trainings and professional development opportunities for BTs/RBTs in accordance with team or BT/RBT needs and in context of afforded budget and resources
- Maintain documentation for all BTs/RBTs assigned to the clients on your caseload in accordance with all applicable regulatory, ethical, and agency guidelines

Professionalism
- Meet with supervisor regularly (at least biweekly; monthly frequency may fluctuate based on progress towards performance targets) to review individual performance goals, client case conceptualization and clinical decision making, parent support strategies, and training and management of assigned client’s therapy team, team management
- Adhere to the BACB’s Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts®, all regulatory and statutory rules of the Board of Medicine for the State of IL, and all agency policies as stipulated in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise documented and directed by your supervisor
