We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales and customer service skills to thrive in the real estate industry.

**Hours**: Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm w/30 minute lunch as well as Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm.

Pay: Hiring Rate is $17.00/hour plus eligible for commissions of $50/move in.

**Duties**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units
- Conduct background checks, credit checks, and verify references of potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities using property management software (e.g., OneSite)
- Collaborate with property management team to develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in leasing or sales is preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with facilities management concepts is beneficial
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skill

Pay: $17.00 - $17.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
