As a Guest Service Associate
- you will ensure our guests have the Ultimate Wax Experience each time they visit us. You are the first and last impression of the guest’s entire experience, so it’s important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude.
- you will also make it easy for our guests to return to EWC at the "lowest possible price" by Selling our Wax Passes. 90% of our regular guests love these passes because it saves them so much money

EWC is the world's leading experts in comfortable and healthy body waxing No background in sales needed but if you do, that will push you right to the top of the list We offer a fun and interactive training that will teach you all the secrets to providing the ultimate wax experience...as well as how to sell our money saving Wax Passes.

And to show our appreciation to you, we offer great pay, sales commissions and performance incentives throughout your career.

**Some of the GS Associates responsibilities are**:

- Selling our money saving Wax Passes
- Opening and closing the location,
- Managing the flow of guests in and out of the location,
- Managing the Reservation Book,
- Checking guests in and out of the location,
- Educating guests on EWC’s programs, offers and promotions,
- Ensuring the register is accurate, and making sure the center looks its best at all times.

**Some requirements for working at our center**:

- MUST be able to work between 24-35 hours per week and work weekends,
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable,
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times,
- Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment,
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, and have reliable transportation.
