We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to be our newest brand ambassadors and help us create an unforgettable experience for our guests As a Guest Service Associate you will play a crucial role in creating an atmosphere that ensures our guests walk in and strut out If you also love feeling smooth and confident, then this is not just a job…it’s a place to thrive and empower everybody to look and feel their best

What we’re looking for?

  • Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills

  • Availability to work flexible hours including some nights & weekends
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Responsibilities include:

  • The ability to educate guests on waxing services to help drive sales and guest retention
  • Scheduling reservations and manage booking with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns and feedback with professionalism
  • Upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests.
  • Creating a memorable experience for guests by being knowledgeable, friendly and adhering to EWC's protocols for servicing guests with standout customer service.
