Construction Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- This position will directly support Project Managers during the post awarded construction
phase of a new project
- Organize project information within our internal data systems and prepare necessary
documents for clients
- Submittals: Prepare product data, shop drawings, subcontractor info for submission into
clients for all active commercial jobs.
- Maintain submittal logs throughout the entire process until final approvals
- Materials procurement: working with vendors and manufacturers to manage lead times,
purchasing, and staging of deliveries
- Plant procurement: working with nurseries to manage availability, tagging, photo
submittals, purchasing, and staging deliveries
- Maintain a tracking system for procurement of all construction materials by job
- Maintain and update Job status reports
- Assist superintendent and project managers during various stages of the construction
process.
- During course of project assist in reviewing and verifying quantities and unit prices of
subcontractor work orders
- Assist with Punch List items and project close out
**Qualifications**:
- Purchasing Experience
- Plant Identification / Landscape knowledge
- 3-5 years’ experience in the landscape industry preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
