Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

- Deposits
- A/R, A/P, GL reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank accounts including credit card account
- Manage and track invoice credit card payments
- Prepare and process Bi-Weekly Payroll (payroll done through Quickbooks Online

Payroll.)
- Work with accountant for year-end closing and tax preparation/process 1099's
- Prepare monthly business reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Account Aging
- Manage benefit accounts
- Manage retirement account
- Manage business insurance
- Greet customers, answer phones, take messages
- Filing, scanning, copying.
- Assist Project Managers.
- Learn and manage BillQuick (project mgmt. software program) to track projects for invoicing and payroll.
- Prepare/type/format various documents, proposals, work orders, submittals.
- Manage the office including office supplies, coordinate cleaning, maintenance on printers etc.
- New hires

Required Qualifications:

- Accounting Degree, or minimum 3 years of accounting experience as a bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
