The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for the execution and management of certain office functions, supporting management needs, and collaborating in areas of office team leadership. Riveron is a client services firm, and the Front Desk Coordinator will often be the first Riveron person our clients, prospects, and recruits meet. Therefore, great professional interpersonal skills with the ability to welcome our guests, while maintaining a professional reception area is critical.
- Please note this is a_ _part-time (contract) position with a weekly working hour limit of 16 hours._

**Who You Are**:

- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of work-related experience, or clerical or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide outstanding service in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a positive working environment and embrace culture in a people business.

**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as the face of Riveron’s Houston office and act in an office team lead capacity in certain respects.
- Provide administrative support to senior and/or executive management, which may include: calendar and appointment management, expense reporting, invites/contact maintenance (Outlook), liaison with executive team, and special projects as assigned.
- Schedule meeting arrangements (setting, planning, logistics, agendas, catering, etc.), and may perform event planning as needed (off-site meetings, client appreciation and recruiting events, internal happy hours, etc.). Maintain conference registrations.
- Maintain an organized, professional office, reception area, and facility, including:

- Order general office supplies and maintains stock room.
- Organize and stock kitchen.
- Liaison with the building landlord / property manager, cleaning, and maintenance personnel
- Gather, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Responsible for opening office, welcoming guests and new hires, and remaining generally available on site mornings, with flexibility of timing on other days. Part time office presence is anticipated to be over 3 days per week. (Schedule is flexible based on coordinating with the local office lead).
- Perform other duties as requested.
- ** Hours will be**: Mondays: 8:30-1:00pm, Tuesdays: 9-1:00pm, Wednesday: 8:30-4:00pm and Thursdays: 9:00-1:00pm
