**Role Overview**:
As a Visionary Strategic Business Partner at HaulHub, you'll be an essential member of our leadership tandem, tasked with propelling the exponential growth of our company through sales and business development initiatives. Your role involves identifying and capitalizing on untapped business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and devising sales strategies for maximum market penetration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and plan to propel the success of HaulHub Inc., a Veteran-Owned 3PL startup.
- Identify and capitalize on untapped business prospects through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strategic networking.
- Cultivate enduring client and partner alliances, intuitively discerning their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment and unwavering support for sales and business development endeavors.
- Stay at the forefront of market dynamics, meticulously monitoring trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify novel growth avenues.
- Exude inspirational leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement within the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bring to bear a minimum of 5 years of illustrious experience in sales and business development, ideally within the logistics or transportation domain.
- Demonstrate a stellar track record of driving sales growth and surpassing revenue benchmarks.
- Possess a captivating leadership aura and impeccable communication prowess, adept at galvanizing and motivating teams towards shared objectives.
- Exhibit an innate knack for strategic thinking, coupled with an insatiable hunger for innovation and trailblazing.
