FINANCE CLERK

MAJOR DUTITES:
1. Prepare monthly CASS Agents AR Overdue Debt and follow up with Business Units on debts that are overdue.

2. Monitor and follow up with Business Units on non-CASS Agents debts that are overdue.

4. Maintain and control AWB stock issuance for agents. Ensure that AWB stock assigned is duly updated in iCargo.

5. Conduct yearly stagnant AWB stock review.

6. Maintain Cargo Customer Master record and ensure inactive agents are updated in iCargo promptly and on timely basis.

7. Access CNS daily to determine reason(s) for inappropriately paid or disputed AWB and inform sales to follow up with Cargo Agent.

8. Review and identify billing or coding issues and request re-bills, secondary billing, or corrected bills as necessary.

9. Co-ordinate CCA submission process to ensure CCA is reviewed and submitted on time for update and approval in iCargo.

10. Send rate audit report weekly to Sales to ensure the AWB rate audit is completed on time for each period close.

11. Closing

a. Communicate closing cutoff to Sales Team

b. Conduct period closing per closing schedule

c. Ensure on time and accurate CASS export billing file upload to CNS

d. Finalise CASS billing in iCargo

12. Post closing

a. Follow up on AWBs that are not rate audited and/or finalised in time for the closing

b. Work with Sales team to ensure that withdrawn AWBs are corrected and rate audited before next period close

c. Submit USA Sation Sales invoice and report to IBM for preparation of Station Sales reconciliation

d. Review USA station sales reconciliation semi-monthly and follow up on the reconciling item to be cleared before next period close

13. Identify agents’ issues and trends and escalate issues to Management.

14. Liaise with IBM team on suspense accounts monitoring and clearance.

15. Act as Finance verifier for approval of Concur Claims.

16. CSA Coordinator

17. Document and update Finance Process Manual.

18. To act as backup for other Finance colleagues.

19. Other duties as assigned by Finance Manager Americas.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of Finance/Accounting related work experience.

2. Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.

3. Ability to effectively communicate, analyze and solve problems.

4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

5. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Pay: $20.94 - $31.42 per hour
