**What you will do**:

- Plan and manage all software releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and product management teams to streamline release activities.
- Develop and implement release management strategies, including release schedules, plans, and processes.
- Ensure that all releases comply with quality and performance standards before deployment.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders to address release-related issues.
- Monitor and report on release progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Maintain release-related documentation, including build instructions, release notes, and deployment plans.
- Continuously improve release processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Release Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with release management tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Impact & Scope**: Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

**Complexity**: Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
