**This is a full-time position.**

**Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance;
- Handling basic repairs such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.;
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues;
- Install appliances and equipment;
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation);
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm); and
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs on these systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
