We are Royal Maintenance Group, a large contracting company servicing ten states throughout the country. At this time we are interested in hiring three driven individuals to be a part of our team. Responsibilities of this role will include:


- Managing and leading a team of 50-75 employees

- Aiding us in the hiring process by finding new employees

- Overseeing operations and making sure your team of employees gets to the job sites on time

- Spending a large amount of time on the phone organizing, hiring, and managing your team


Experience in managing a large workforce would be very beneficial for this position. Job hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm. Payment is $1,150 per week. Position is not remote and will be located in our Hoboken, NJ office. Parking space in nearby garage is included for applicants who drive.
