Operations Specialist

**You will be responsible for**:

- Awareness of all operational components of the brand and working knowledge of all platforms.
- Act as liaison between field leaders and HQ, acting as a consistent resource for field teams.
- Assist in managing the Operations team inbox, responding to inquiries and directing traffic to the appropriate corporate partner.
- Update and add Studio Teams to the [solidcore] app and website, including headshots, coach titles, and bios.
- Maintain important studio information records and docs regarding master studio info and preferred shipping addresses, Brivo security, and supply order lists.
- Conduct periodical Google Drive and Google Calendar updates and maintenance.
- Support of all cross-functional business objectives, ensuring the field has all necessary tools, collateral and communication to successfully implement/execute.
- Be a role model of professionalism and compliance with [solidcore] company handbook including, but not limited to brand consistency, client relations, and attendance.
- Ensure and enforce brand standards, deadlines, submissions, and overall compliance is being met across all [solidcore] studios and field leaders.
- Collaborate with the Operations team on the execution of key initiatives and strategy for overall [solidcore] vision and success within studios.

**What we need from you**:

- The position is full-time and exempt with an expected 40 hours worked per week.
- Studio/Operational management experience with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in hands-on customer service, hospitality, consumer goods, or service based industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
- Proficiency in G-suite and MS office
- Must live in the DMV area and be able to report to the office on a hybrid schedule

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary range of $48,000.00-50,000.00 per year based on experience
