Injection Molding Process Technician/ Forman

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect parts with precision tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in injection molding or related manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and logic controllers
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and work with plastics extrusion
- Experience with press brake machines, lathes, and forklift operation is a plus

Pay will depend on experience. Scientific Molding experience or Process Engineer will be at a higher rate of pay.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
