**Azara Smoke N Vape** in Wisconsin Rapids is hiring for a professional, **Part-Time Store Associate** to provide top-notch customer service and is motivated to grow with us.

**Hours**:Our business needs require the store associate to be available to work a variety of shifts:

- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Some opening and closing shifts

We offer a **supportive **atmosphere and encourage employees to bring their best selves.

Base pay begins at **$12.00hr** based on experience + **bonuses**, **commissions**, and an end of the year bonus

(This means you can **earn more than $15/hr+ **starting out)

It gets better. At the end of the year, we _match _your commission on qualifying sales.

**Who we are**

Azara products mostly consist of CBD, Delta products, and Smoke/Vape Accessories. We take pride in being experts in product knowledge and carry the highest quality products on the market without unnecessary markup

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Make sure the store is clean and presentable

**Skills**
- Retail/Sales experience preferred
- Customer Service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software
- Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures
- Basic math and cash counting skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school diploma

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
