Key Responsibilities:
As a Grocery Store Associate, you will be integral to our customer service efforts, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for each guest.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service Excellence:
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and helpful checkout experience.

Efficient Bagging:
Accurately bag groceries while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain Checkout Area:
Keep the checkout area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Communication:
Relay customer requests and feedback to the management team.

Parcel Pickup:
Provide prompt and courteous service for parcel pickups.

Support Team Goals:
Help maintain operational standards and meet quality expectations.

Teamwork:
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Honor Commitments:

Maintain regular attendance and provide adequate notice for any absences.

Ability to read, count, and write accurately, along with operating necessary equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:


The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the store, and lift or push weights of 15-20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Fine motor skills and coordination are necessary for operating equipment. The position may require working varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.


WORK SCHEDULE
This is an hourly position with a flexible schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
