**Essential Job Functions of a Case Manager**:

- Manage resources to specific performance expectations that deliver a superior client experience
- Collaborate with supervisor to provide regular and ongoing communication
- Dependent upon the case/client, the Case Manager may also be required to perform or share the following duties (Client Services and Calendar Manager):

- Utilize all available information to assign the most appropriate resources to every job
- Respond to urgent client and resource requests outside normal business hours
- Build and nurture working relationships with all area service resources
- Partner with Sales to ensure client satisfaction
- Consult with Production for Deliverables; Rough Drafts, Exhibits, Transcripts, and Video

**Required Skills to Become a Case Manager**:

- Three to five years of high-level customer service
- Reliable, resilient, and responsible
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple platforms
- Strong customer service and team-oriented skills required
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal/Court Reporting experience is preferred but not required
