Legal Soft is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support in leading our operations and driving organizational excellence. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to execute our strategic goals and maintain high-quality service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve company goals.
- Assist in overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations to enhance efficiency.
- Support in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices.
- Support in streamlining workflow processes and implementing effective performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards.
- Assist in monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Assist in assessing and mitigating operational risks to safeguard company interests.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with the company's vision.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and relevant software tools.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align operations with organizational goals.
