**Experience**:

- Previous experience in banquet, bartending, or food service management
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience in shift management
- Knowledge of kitchen management and catering operations
- Ability to interview and train new staff members
- Experience as an assistant manager is a plus
