Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling travel arrangements and expense reports
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, transcribing, and organizing documents

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry with high accuracy
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
