**Job Requirements**:

- **Must be from NILES**:

- **Should be 21 years or old.**:

- Must have a clear Back ground.
- Must have ID, SS and Driving License.
- MUST have flexible availability and reliable transportation.
- Must also be available every other weekend.
- As a care lead at least 50% of your schedule will be filling in shifts with clients. You will also be doing supervisor visits.
- This role **DOES REQUIRE TRAVEL **up to **45 Minutes **from the **NILES **area as needed,
