Key Responsibilities: As a Traffic Control Specialist, your essential duties will include:
  • Setting up and maintaining secure work zones with appropriate equipment.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure overall safety.
  • Effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
  • Providing exceptional service and protection to our clients.
  • Receiving ongoing training and support to progress from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Flagger certification
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in traffic control
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours daily and lift 50-60 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
  • Experience in driving.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
