**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with indirect suppliers and service providers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

**Cost Analysis**: Conduct cost analyses and financial assessments to support decision-making and cost-saving initiatives.

**Contract Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and supplier performance metrics.

**Reporting**: Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and cost-saving opportunities.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent Organizational Time Management skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, standard operating procedures, and company policies.

**Education/Experience**:
**Minimum Education and Experience**: Determined by position.

High School Diploma/GED, Preferred bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related field), prior procurement experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Travel Requirement**:
5% (2 ½ hours a week)
