Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve optimal delivery schedules and product quality.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong partnerships with suppliers to enhance procurement processes.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues related to supplier delivery timelines, inventory levels, and raw material availability.
  • Implements and upholds the global commodity strategy while considering specific plant requirements.
  • Engages in continuous improvement initiatives and performs additional tasks as needed to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the automotive sector.
  • Proven experience in direct purchasing, specifically in acquiring components such as steel, wiring, and casings.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
