**About the Position**:
Under the general direction of the Director of Academic Advising, Training and Development, the Administrative Support Coordinator II (ASC II) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of Academic Advising (OAA), which includes Undeclared and Academic Advising Center and specialized advising programs (e.g., Early Assessment Program, Black Student Success Advising). This position often serves as the initial contact with students, faculty, staff, academic departments/colleges, other offices on campus, community college partners, alumni, and the public. Assists in coordinating events and is responsible for drafting meeting agendas, preparing meeting minutes, and generating reports. The Administrative Support Coordinator II manages the Office of Academic Advising (e.g., ordering supplies, maintaining the UAAC space), monitors department and programmatic budgets and tracks expenses, reconciles monthly procurement card statements, and supports travel process. Serves as the Office of Academic Advising Digital Information Technology Coordinator (DITC), assists with onboarding tasks for new hires, and maintains electronic records of department processes and systems needed to facilitate operations. The Administrative Support Coordinator II provides support for staff recruitments and student employment hiring, and leads, trains, and schedules student assistants. Other duties as assigned.
