**Role Overview**:
Step into the role of Construction Project Coordinator, where you become the linchpin of our high-caliber team's construction endeavors. **Position Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project coordination, with a preference for experience in commercial and high-end residential projects.
- A deep understanding of construction processes, from contract management to quality assurance.
- Solid experience in working with cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the nexus between project managers and the construction teams, ensuring fluidity and efficiency in our operations.
- Develop and track project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential deviations.
- Foster collaborative bid management and subcontractor coordination to ensure competitive and quality project execution.
- Oversee the maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all aspects are up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a steward of safety and quality on-site, ensuring adherence to protocols and excellence in delivery.

**Compensation**:
