**The Role: Construction Foreman**

- Vast experience on custom residential construction on homes with values exceeding 100 million dollars.
- Operate on construction budgets of 10+ million dollars.
- A driven and self-motivated innovator, eager to enhance our existing processes.
- Thrives in coordination, harmonizing with team members like a symphony.
- A resilient and patient character, coupled with exceptional people skills.
- A detail-oriented eagle eye.
- A minimum of 5 years in Construction Project Management, with Yardi Voyager and Procore knowledge being a cherry on top.
