**Position Summary**:
The Digital Platform Architect will be responsible for the oversight and technical direction of our digital platforms, including, but not limited to eCommerce, Mobile, IoT, PIM, DAM, and system integrations.
- Own the technical direction and evolution of internal APIs (such as eCommerce and ERP for sales orders, inventory, and customer information) and how the company uses external/3rd Party APIs (such as tax and shipping calculations).
- Work with the IT Leadership Team to establish DevOps standards and manage their implementation for our API collection and Digital platforms; maintain best practices in the operation and maintenance such as feature/release updates, maintenance windows, system stability & performance, etc.
- Maintain deep familiarity with the e-Commerce platform's features, functionality, configurations, data structures and associated integrations.
- Be a key driver in launching Mobile strategies and solutions to increase UX in Sales, Operations, and for our customers.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to internal and external/vendor development teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Manage and participate in critical projects, including budgetary responsibilities and managing third party Consultants and Vendors.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of our systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Lead and Manage 1-3 team members.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relavent work experience required

10+ years software development

5+ years architect

2+ years management

2+ years Azure environment and DevOps

Strong experience with headless eCommerce platforms such as zNode, Maento, Optimiely. Solid understanding of ERP (preferrably D365 F&O) and typical warehouse/distribution systems. Extensive esperience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and clout technology (Azure preferred). DevOPs tools: Asure, Jenkins, or Git. Experience with loT, Machine Learning, and data analytics a plus. Experienced in front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
