**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
