**What You Will Do**:
The Facility Coordinator at Connected plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the facility. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the unique requirements of a cannabis environment. The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility activities, managing resources and maintaining site upkeep with safety and compliance at the forefront.

**Duties and Requirements**:
**Facility Maintenance**:

- Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address facility issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and perform skilled interior building maintenance such as basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs.

**Space Planning and Allocation**:

- Manage office space layout and allocation based on departmental needs.
- Coordinate moves, additions and changes in collaboration with department heads.
- Ensure optimal utilization of available space.

**Purchasing and Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes for maintenance and repair projects.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage group purchasing and enter POs.

**Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate and support facility-related events and meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to meet event requirements.
- Ensure that meeting rooms and event spaces are set up and equipped as needed.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in developing and managing the facility budget.
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions for facility-related services.
- Provide regular reports on budget performance.

Other duties as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Must be 21+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, and inventory
- Experience in the cannabis industry highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage projects and multi-task
- Adaptability and resilience to change
- Calm under pressure
- Safety and Compliance focused
