Administrative Assistant/office Assistant

Greeting patients, patient registration
- Collecting payment; processing credit cards, checks and cash.
- Scheduling appointments, PA, PT-1 Forms.
- Create and maintain electronic medical record for client(s)
- Obtain, track, and maintain authorizations for services.
- Provide ongoing support to Billing Manager / Office Coordinator and Practice Administrator.
- Manage front desk duties including maintaining waiting area, checking in clients, answering phones, filing, and collecting co-payments and client balances.
- Assist with scheduling clinical appointments and appointment reminders.
- Manage psychopharmacology schedule and provide support to psychiatric staff.
- Maintain office appearance by working closely with other team members and ensuring office is presentable for clients.
- Receive and manage inquiry calls and walk-ins
- Organize office operations and procedures, including faxing, ordering supplies, and maintaining cash log.
- Run weekly reports in electronic medical record.
- Other duties as assigned.
- On-site employment is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management would be beneficial.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer Skills: 2 years (preferred)

- Hanover, MA 02339: Relocate before starting work (required)
