We are a leading provider of aesthetic services including Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, IV Therapy, PRP, Microneedling, CoolSculpting, Laser Hair Removal, and IPL Photo Facials.
Our organization is expanding rapidly, with multiple locations across various states.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are in search of dedicated and experienced medical professionals to fill the roles of Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
This position requires prior experience in cosmetic dermatology or a medspa environment.

WHO YOU ARE: A motivated and talented Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with a keen eye for aesthetics. You excel in a fast-paced setting and are eager to enhance your skills to provide exceptional service and outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer top-tier cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive procedures under the guidance of the Medical Director.
  • Gather client intake forms, consent documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Capture before and after images for client records.
  • Inform clients about all available Kalologie treatments and products.
  • Promote the clinic’s services, treatments, and retail offerings.
  • Provide education on complementary procedures and products to enhance treatment results.
  • Adhere to established protocols and compliance policies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team morale.
  • Assist with various clinic operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane).
  • Current California licensure: RN, NP, or PA-C.
  • BLS and ACLS Certification required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with patient EMR systems, charting, and standard office software.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
