**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer Pickups (CPU’s)
- Develop and maintain system for efficient warehouse flow and maintenance including but not limited to
- Being on the floor with the operators 80% of the time
- Setting the pace on the floor as the standard
- Ensuring work is done correctly and assist where needed

- Quarantine materials as needed
- Responsible for inventory: accuracy, condition, and location
- Run and maintain BOL Status Report daily
- Serve as the MRO Buyer to restock supplies as needed
- Maintain assigned buildings and grounds, housekeeping and condition
- Supervise the packaged goods and receiving process including shipping, picking, staging, loading, and scheduling
- Assure Webb drivers control all trailers going off-site are within weight specifications gross and by axel loading correctly
- Generate weekend coverage schedule as needed
- Receive off-shift calls
- Daily work schedules
- Maintain warehouse phone and manage incoming deliveries
- Tote report review/tracking at customers
- Following, improving, and updating work instructions
- Ensure WI’s are being followed correctly
- Complete monthly audits
- Training of WI
- Following, improving, and updating procedures and policies
- Following all safety procedures at all times
- Back Up to Fort Wayne Operations Support Supervisor
- Container management in Fort Wayne ( Totes, Skids, Drums, etc)
- Warehouse 5-s program
- Safety Training, Auditing, Root Cause Investigations & Review
- All other duties and special projects assigned as needed

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Forklift Operator experience
- Good housekeeping habits
- Ability to recognize potential hazards and correct them
- Associate’s Degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or 3+ years equivalent work experience in an industrial setting of manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or chemical related business.
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience
