- Resolve product problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, hiring, training, coaching and supporting subordinates to correct the problem or reduce the impact of the problem
- Conduct monthly inventory counts to ensure stock is maintained
- Ensure daily cleaning procedures are being followed at all times by ensuring all areas are being cleaned and sanitized at all times before and during business hours
- Assist in implementing new processes and procedures by working with other departments
- Maintain store records including purchasing records, cleaning records, safety records, sanitation records, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or other staff members

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar position working in a team environment preferred but not required. **OR **Experience in retail management or experience as a GM/Owner is preferred but not required. **Experience with POS (point of sale) systems preferred but not required. **Experience with Excel is preferred but not required (we use Excel for store management). **Excellent communication skills (written and oral) required.** Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays when necessary (must be available at least 2 days per week). Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to stand for long periods of time while working on the floor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
