**Full Year Job Opportunity**
- Summer: 40 Hours Per Week
- 8:00 am
- 4:00 pm Monday through Friday/ extended hours available for Summer After Care/ Additional transportation routes available
- Hourly Rate Range: $16.00- $18.00 per hour
- Education: High School (minimum)
- Experience: At least 2 year(s)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, organizing and instructing an educational and recreational program for children ages 5 to 13
- Assist in classes and activities to engage active and passive participants
- Be able to take charge and direct children
- Assist youth in developing their academic, socialization, communication and leadership skills.
- Must be punctual and have regular work attendance
- Must be clean and neat in appearance at all times

**Requirements**:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Must have experience working with school aged children (ages 5-13)

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to children, caregivers, other staff members and supervisor.
