Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce engaging and visually appealing content (including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Daily Posting: Schedule and post content daily on all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
- Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Lifescore Foundation's mission and goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. Use insights to refine and improve strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into Lifescore Foundation’s social media strategy.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns for events, programs, and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a non-profit or start-up organization.
- Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for design and the ability to create compelling content.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Passion: A genuine passion for Lifescore Foundation’s mission and the communities we serve.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $350.00 per week

Expected hours: 20 per week
